A private coaching gym at Oakcroft Farm for busy people who want to feel fitter, stronger and more like themselves. A proper plan, real coaching, and a community that actually knows you.
Founding memberships are open. 20 places, then they're gone.
Render of the finished space
Maybe you trained, played or competed. Maybe you were just always on the go. Then the job got bigger, the kids arrived, the weeks filled up. Nobody decides to stop. It just slips, a bit at a time, until the stairs feel harder than they should.
Long days, commutes and a desk. Training became the thing you'd get back to "when it calms down."
Everyone else comes first, and your own health quietly moves to the bottom of the list.
You've paid for memberships before. Nobody noticed when you stopped going, so you stopped going.
The cost of waiting isn't paid today. It's paid later. With interest.
Every year you put your health off, getting it back takes a little more. Start now, and the interest works in your favour.
Consistent strength training changes how your days feel, at home, at work and everywhere in between.
By three o'clock you're running on coffee and willpower.
You sleep better, skip the afternoon slump and still have something left when you get home.
You watch the kids play more than you join in.
You're down on the floor with the kids or grandkids, chasing, lifting, carrying, and fine the next morning.
Stairs, shopping bags and getting up off the floor feel harder than they should.
The everyday stuff feels normal again, because you're stronger than it needs you to be.
Your back, knees or shoulders have started to have opinions.
Stronger muscles and bones, better balance and a fitter heart, so you keep moving well for decades.
You keep saying you'll get back into it when things calm down.
You've booked the race, the hike or the ski trip, and you're looking forward to it.
Everything is built around one idea: you should be coached, not just given access to equipment.
Book a 30-minute callPersonal training with three others. Your coach knows your name, your goals and when to push or pull back, so you get the most out of every session.
A tour, a proper chat and a movement analysis, so every session meets you where you are: injuries, movement mechanics and lifestyle.
Structured programming built to get you strong and fit again, not random workouts.
Book through the app around work and family, with a set number of sessions each month.
Up to 12 people. Cardio, conditioning and HYROX sessions to build your fitness and health, plus yoga-style sessions for recovery, mobility and flexibility, so you keep moving well for years to come.
Train alongside like-minded people juggling the same things you are. It's friendly, supportive and judgement-free, and everyone's there to get better together. Training you enjoy is training you keep doing.
A converted barn at Oakcroft Farm, with fields on every side and Brill Hill through the window.

Answer a few questions and pick a time. 30 minutes, no pressure.
We talk about where you are and where you want to be. If it's not right, I'll tell you.

Ask about EvolveI started working with Josh after a long time away from fitness whilst I had my children. Josh helped me build back up muscle strength and get back into a healthier, more active lifestyle. I look forward to our weekly sessions and how strong they make me feel.
What makes Josh very special is his focus on you, on what you want to achieve and how that can be done whilst also achieving all the other things in our busy lives. He's taken me from being scared of the gym and the kit to having a consistent and sustained healthy lifestyle.
Before I started working with him I would prioritise everything else over my running. If work or family life was busy I wouldn't go. Fast forward to now and every session has a purpose. Josh tailors a plan to fit around my life and my goals.
He really listens and creates training programmes tailored to my objectives. He's helped me achieve a sub-1:50 half marathon, secure 1st and 2nd place finishes in HYROX Pro Solo, and qualify for the HYROX World Championships.

I've been coaching since 2020. I started out coaching small group PT, moved into mobile and online coaching in 2022, and I run the JK Performance Run Club, now over 650 members strong.
What I've learned is simple: people stick with exercise when they enjoy it, and they enjoy it more with good people around them.
So I built this to be more than a standard gym. A premium space to train, build longevity, feel more confident, and meet like-minded people along the way.

Off the commute and out of town, close to Oakley, Brill, Horton-cum-Studley, Marsh Gibbon, Grendon Underwood, Fencott and the villages around them.

No. Your 1-2-1 sets your starting point and every session is coached to where you are.
We soft launch in December, with founders first through the doors, then full coaching starts in January. Founders hear the exact dates first.
There'll be free taster sessions across the opening weekend. Founding places will likely be gone by then, which is why the call comes first.
Memberships have a 3-month minimum, so you give the training a fair chance to work. After that it's a month's notice to cancel.
Small group PT is up to four people with one coach, focused on strength and following your own programme. Classes are up to twelve people: cardio, conditioning and HYROX to build fitness, plus yoga-style sessions for recovery, mobility and flexibility.
A relaxed 30-minute chat about where you're at and what you want. If it's a fit, I'll recommend a membership. If not, I'll say so.
Because the longer it's left, the more it costs to get back.
